What we fix.
If it's a smart home and it's misbehaving, it's probably on this list. Most of it we can diagnose remotely and sort the same week.
Home Assistant rescue
Home Assistant is powerful, which also means it can become a tangle, especially when whoever built it has moved on. We take over an orphaned or broken instance, work out what it's doing, update it safely, fix the broken bits, and document it so it's maintainable. If it's running on something fragile, we can move it onto a stable, backed-up setup. You end up owning a system you can actually run, not one you're scared to touch.
Automations that actually fire
The whole point of a smart home is that it does things on its own. When the routines stop, lights that don't come on, heating that ignores the schedule, security that quietly stopped arming, it's worse than having nothing. We rebuild automations so they're reliable and survive the next app or firmware update, and we make them easy to tweak.
Devices that keep dropping offline
Switches, sensors, cameras and locks showing offline is one of the most common and most frustrating problems, and re-pairing them is almost never the real fix. The cause is usually the network, hub placement, or wireless interference between Zigbee, Z-Wave and Wi-Fi. We find the actual cause so the devices stay connected for good.
One way to control everything
Lights in one app, the heater in another, the lock in a third, the speakers in a fourth, nothing working together. We bring it into one place the whole household can use, on a phone, a wall-mounted tablet, or by voice, so the home behaves like one system instead of a drawer of remotes.
Wireless retrofit (no rewiring)
Want a smarter home without tearing the walls open? We add reliable wireless lighting control, sensors, climate and security to an existing place using Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi and Matter gear. It's the practical way to make a normal home smart, and it's perfect for renters and heritage homes too.
Set up properly from scratch
New to all this and want it done right the first time? We plan a smart home around how you actually live, pick gear that plays well together, and set it up so it's reliable and simple, not a weekend project that never ends.
